​Are you ready to get to know your unseen self? This course is designed to help you uncover, understand, and transform the hidden parts of yourself into sources of strength, clarity, and confidence. Through guided practices blending a myriad of psychological modalities, you’ll become acquainted with your inner underworld in a way that feels grounded, sacred, and liberating with the support of community.

This course is for anyone ready to shed old patterns, reclaim their authenticity, and rise into a more integrated version of who they truly are. 

What to expect:

2/1 - Motive, Intention Setting, Introduction to Shadow

2/8 - Reflections, Projections, Origin of Shadows

2/15 - Deconstruction, Trust, Ego, Reframing

2/22 - Parts Work, IFS, Integration, the "who" in "you"

3/1 - Somatic Embodiment, Transfiguration, Emotional Alchemy

3/8 - Ownership and PRESENTATION​

Please note! As part of this series' curriculum, participants will be asked to present their shadow to the other attendees during session 6. This means creating a google slide presentation, present or perform an art piece, poster board, science fair project, etc. as long as it's authentic and yours. Consider it a TedTalk or a short workshop on your shadow. Shadows thrive in the dark and cannot survive in compassion. We are here to boldy expose our shadows with unconditional love. Presentation and ownership is part of the process.​
