Religious and Spiritual Trauma.
My work supports individuals who have experienced harm within religious or spiritual contexts—such as shame, fear, control, identity suppression, cognitive dissonance, or loss of community. Healing often involves reclaiming personal autonomy, redefining belief systems, and processing grief or betrayal.
You might ask yourself:
-
Do I feel fear, guilt, or shame connected to my past or current beliefs?
-
Am I confused about my faith and no one seems to know how to help?
-
Is my identity being suppressed in a spiritual setting?

Memory Reconsolidation
Memory reconsolidation is a neuroscience-based process that helps update and transform emotional memories at their root. Rather than just coping with symptoms, it allows the brain to “rewrite” outdated emotional learnings so triggers no longer carry the same charge.
You might ask yourself:
-
Do I understand why I react a certain way, but still can’t change it?
-
Do the same emotional patterns or triggers keep repeating?
-
Do I feel stuck in old beliefs about myself (e.g., “I’m not enough,” “I’m unsafe”)?
-
Have other therapies helped insight-wise, but not fully shifted the feeling?

Psychedelic Therapy
Psychedelic therapy involves preparation, intention-setting, and integration support for altered-state experiences (whether clinical or ceremonial). It focuses on meaning-making, emotional processing, and translating insights into lasting change.
You might ask yourself:
-
Have I had a psychedelic experience I’m trying to make sense of?
-
Am I curious about deeper healing or insight through expanded states of consciousness?
-
Do I want support preparing for or integrating a journey?
-
Am I seeking a different approach after feeling stuck in traditional therapy?

Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy works with the body as a central part of healing. It focuses on nervous system regulation, releasing stored stress or trauma, and increasing awareness of physical sensations to restore a sense of safety and connection.
You might ask yourself:
-
Do I feel anxiety, tension, or overwhelm in my body?
-
Do I struggle to relax, even when I want to?
-
Do I feel disconnected from my body or emotions?
-
Have I talked about my trauma but still feel it physically?

Addiction
Addiction work explores the underlying emotional, relational, and nervous system patterns that drive compulsive behaviors—whether substances or processes (like relationships, work, or technology). It centers on compassion, harm reduction, and sustainable change.
You might ask yourself:
-
Do I feel out of control or dependent on a substance, behavior, or person?
-
Am I using something to cope with pain, stress, or emptiness?
-
Have I tried to stop but keep returning to the same pattern?
-
Is my behavior impacting my relationships, work, or self-worth?

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps process and resolve traumatic memories using bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping). It allows the brain to reprocess distressing experiences so they feel less overwhelming and more integrated.
You might ask yourself:
-
Do I have specific memories that still feel intense or “stuck”?
-
Do I experience flashbacks, nightmares, or emotional overwhelm?
-
Do certain triggers bring me back to past experiences?
-
Am I ready to process trauma in a focused, guided way?
